The period for returning the goods of the proper quality is 14 days from the receipt of the goods. Refund is carried out both at the request of the Buyer, and because of an error on the part of the Seller.

- Motor vehicles and motorbikes, trailers and numbered aggregates to them; mobile means of small mechanization of agricultural work; pleasure boats and other boats for domestic use.
- Technically complex consumer goods for which warranty periods are established (metal-cutting and woodworking household appliances, electrical household appliances and appliances, household radio-electronic equipment, household computing and copying equipment, photo and cinematographic equipment, telephone sets and facsimile equipment, electronic musical instruments, toys electronic, household gas equipment and devices, wristwatches and pocket mechanical, electronic-mechanical and electronic, with two or more functions).
- Civilian weapons, the main parts of civil and service firearms, cartridges to it.
- Animals and plants.

Refund of funds to the Buyer Red iron shop is carried out in the following ways:
- Refund in cash;
- Refund via bank transfer;
- Refund via postal money transfer.
